Incident Report Form
This form covers incidents of assault, bullying, discrimination, theft, etc. Upon completion of a form a representative will reach out to you to discuss reported incident

Career Services helps you obtain the career of your choice at graduation by assisting you with self and career exploration, choosing a major, writing a resume, building your Handshake and LinkedIn profiles, taking career assessments, getting an internship or job shadow, and more.
Disability Resource Center
The Disability Resource Center serves students with disabilities by providing equal access to UT academic programs, non-academic activities, and campus facilities to facilitate and promote student participation, success, retention and graduation.
We believe that students with disabilities at UT are as much in control of their educational experience as students without.
Student Resource Center
The Student Resource Center seeks to provide supportive services, resources, and connections for students as they navigate the academic process. The SRC educates students regarding university policies and procedures, connects them to campus and community resources, provides academic coaching, facilitates mentoring, and motivates students towards successful completion of their postsecondary education. Targeted resources are available for basic needs, women’s resources, first-generation and non-traditional students and students with dependents.

Utah Tech University (UT) offers veteran and military students and their family members assistance in using their Veteran Administration (VA) or military educational benefits. Our staff is honored to help students through the process of admissions, eligibility application, registration, and maximizing their benefits to pursue educational, professional, or vocational objectives.
